- Educational
Testing and Consulting for all ages of students, with special
interest in LD/ADD and High School using the WJIII.
- Curriculum
development for all ages with a special interest in LD/ADD and
High School.
- Providing
educational consulting and counseling services for families
with adolescents. These counseling services can include High
School management and curriculum development, educational testing,
career assessment, and aid in decision making regarding their
teen’s high school education and post graduation.
- Providing
mental health counseling for families and teens in the areas
of parenting issues, teens with depression and anxiety, eating
disorders as well as other mental health issues.

I
provide Christian-focused counseling when a family desires. I am a member
of the Eating Disorders Referral network, International Association of
Eating Disorders Professionals, National Association of Anorexia Nervosa
and Associated Disorders, and American Association of Christian Counselors.
I home schooled my twins for 11 years and graduated them from high school
in 2003. I owned and directed Lighthouse Educational Services for 13
years and sold to the new owner; Sherry Hemingway, MEd, who continues
to provide quality educational services for home school families. I
now provide more specialized counseling, educational testing and consulting
services in private practice that will be home school friendly.
