Susan Miller has
been a psychotherapist since 1981 in the Raleigh area and is a
Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina. She has worked
in various mental health, educational, social service and medical
environments serving hurting people with a compassionate heart
for over the years.

| Susan provides counseling services
for individuals, couples, children, adolescents,and families. She
specializes in the areas of eating disorders, depression, anxiety
, parenting teens, marriage issues, women and wellness, sexual abuse,
grief and loss, educational testing and counseling for LD/ADD, homeschool/private
school testing and consulting, and career counseling. |

| Susan received her MEd in Counseling
from NCSU in 1981, BS in psychology at Southwest Missouri State
in 1978. She is presently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Christian
Counseling and Psychotherapy at International University to be finished
in 2008. Her doctoral project is developing a parenting curriculum
for parents of teens to be used in small groups. |

| Susan created and directed Lighthouse
Educational Services for 12 years which still provides testing and
consulting services for home school families in North Carolina under
the new ownership of Sherry Hemingway, MEd. Susan still provides
educational testing with the Woodcock-Johnson III and consulting
for students through her practice, as well. She specializes in learning
disabilities, high school management and career assessment for teenagers. |
